Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Flora Life Store, we’re committed to getting your favorite cosmetics and supplements to your doorstep quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read below to understand how our shipping process works.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be processed the next working day.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. 

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India, including Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities, towns, and most rural pin codes. For international shipping requests,

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: ₹49 (Free on orders above ₹999)
Express Delivery: ₹99 (Selected cities only)

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can also track orders via your Flora Life Store account.

Undelivered Orders


If our courier partner fails to reach you after 2–3 attempts, the product will be returned to us. We’ll notify you and may charge a re-delivery fee for subsequent attempts.

DSA Member Deliveries

Agents placing bulk or team orders will receive separate logistics updates. We offer:
Group shipping options for team leaders
Pincode-based delivery tracking for commission orders
Custom shipping rates for large-volume orders

Damaged or Missing Items?

If your product arrives damaged or is missing from the package:
1. Take clear photos of the parcel and product
2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3. Email: returnsfloralife@gmail.com with your Order ID and issue details
