Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery
- You receive the wrong item or an incomplete order
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items


We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened cosmetics/supplements
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on clearance or final sale
- Orders beyond 7 days from the date of delivery

Return Request Window

All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact our support team with:
- Order ID
- Product photos (showing the issue)
- Short description of the problem

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method or wallet balance, depending on the case
- Refunds typically process within 5–7 working days.

Replacements

If your product is damaged or incorrect, we’ll arrange a free replacement (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Return Shipping

- For defective/damaged/wrong items: Return shipping is free
- For non-defective returns: Customer may need to bear return shipping cost

Important Notes

- Refunds are not processed for returns received in a used or unsellable condition
- Flora Life Store reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion
- Agents must follow internal product return protocols under the DSA Policy Guidelines
