By using this website or registering as a member/agent, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to make purchases or join as a Direct Sales Agent.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration.

3. Product Use & Availability
- All products listed on our platform are intended for personal wellness and external use only (unless stated otherwise).
- Availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.  

4. Direct Sales Agent Program
- Registration as an agent is 100% free.
- Commissions are based on product sales and team performance as per the Compensation Plan.
- Agents are responsible for compliance with all applicable tax laws and income disclosures.
- Misrepresentation, spam recruitment, or unethical practices may result in termination of membership. 

5. Commission & Payouts
- Commissions are calculated based on confirmed orders only.
- Payouts are made monthly, subject to achieving minimum thresholds.
- Any dispute in commission must be reported within 7 days of payout issuance.

6. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, product names, and designs are the property of Flora Life Store and may not be used without written permission.
- Unauthorized reproduction or copying may lead to legal action. 

7. Privacy
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected.

8. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Flora Life Store is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of products or services.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Violates these Terms
- Abuses the system or engages in fraud
- Causes harm to the brand or fellow users

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or participation in the program implies your acceptance of any changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, U.T..
